*April 2nd: 12:00 - 3:00 pm and 4:00 - 7:00 pm
*April 3rd: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Please bring: Social Security Card for child, birth certificate, shot records, proof of residency, and custody papers if applicable
Child must turn 5 before August 1st to be registered.
